SI Group and UCP Chemicals AG one of the leading Russian producers of synthetic resins and plastics announce that they have reached an agreement to form a joint venture.

SI Group has been manufacturing tackifier resins for more than 25 years and is a known leader in phenolic resin technology.

SI Group announces that it will invest $30 million to build an additional phenolic resin manufacturing site in the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, NCIP.
