(Schenectady, NY) November 26, 2007.  SI Group and its affiliates announce a global price increase on all tackifier and reinforcing resin products for automotive tire applications effective January 1, 2008. The base price of tackifier resins will increase by $.20/kg, and reinforcing resin prices will increase by $.10/kg, unless existing customer contracts provide otherwise.
