Frank A. Bozich
Chief Executive Officer

Frank joined the legacy SI Group organization in 2013, prior to the company’s sale to SK Capital Partners in 2018. Prior to his experience at SI Group, Frank held several executive management positions at BASF. During his seven-year tenure at the company, he served as President of BASF's Catalysts Division; Group Vice President of Precious and Base Metal Services; and Group Vice President of the Integration Management Office.

Previously, Frank was Group Vice President, Enterprise Technologies and Ventures at Engelhard Corporation, which was acquired by BASF in 2006. He has also held leadership positions at Rohm and Haas, now a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company; Croda Adhesives, Inc.; and Apex Adhesives, which he founded in 1986.

Frank holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and an MBA from the University of Chicago, as well as a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois. Frank serves on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OGE Energy Corporation).

John Steitz
Chief Executive Officer, Additives

John joined SI Group after the organization was acquired by SK Capital Partners and combined with Addivant in 2018. He has more than 30 years of specialty chemicals experience in food, pharmaceuticals, polymer additives, fine chemicals and catalysts. Prior to joining SI Group, John served as President & CEO of Addivant, a leading global supplier of specialty additives, and an SK Capital portfolio company since 2013.

Previously, John served as President & COO of PQ Corporation; President & CEO of Avantor Performance Materials; and President & COO of Albemarle Corporation. During his tenure at Albemarle, John led manufacturing and sales expansion into China, Russia, South America and the Middle East, and managed several acquisitions and integrations. Before joining Albemarle, John spent 20 years at Mallinckrodt, Inc., holding a variety of positions.

John serves on the Board of Directors of Innophos and Tredegar. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri in 1980 and in 1983 received his MBA from Southern Illinois University.

Christopher Cornille
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Services

Chris joined the legacy SI Group organization in 2010, prior to the company’s sale to SK Capital Partners in 2018. Initially serving as the Director of Sales for North America, in 2014 Chris assumed the role of Executive Director for New Business Development, where he successfully led the 2014 acquisition of two Albemarle manufacturing sites in the U.S. and China.

In 2015, Chris joined the company’s executive leadership team. In his current role, Chris is charged with optimizing SI Group's global supply chain and procurement capabilities to maximize efficiencies and streamline systems.

Prior to joining SI Group, Chris spent over 20 years at Cabot Corporation, where he held several executive positions such as Global Commercial Director for Rubber Products, Managing Director of Indonesia and North America Sales Director of Specialty Products.

In 2013, Chris was appointed as an advisory board member for Monolith Materials. He is a member of the International Executive Resource Group and holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Benedictine University in Illinois.

Brooke Manrique
Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Communications

Brooke joined the legacy SI Group organization in 2013, prior to the company’s sale to SK Capital Partners in 2018. Initially serving as Public Relations and Marketing Communications Manager, she has since held several leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Director, Global Talent Development, Brand & Communications. In that role, she led the company’s global talent and leadership development strategy, employee engagement initiatives, succession planning, and early career programs. In 2015, Brooke directed SI Group’s global brand transformation, an 18-month project that impacted customers in over 90 countries and facilities on five continents.

Prior to joining SI Group, Brooke held leadership roles in a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial, education, non-profit and public affairs. Her 20-year career encompasses a diverse range of functions including human resources, communications, strategic marketing and strategy development.

Brooke earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Russian area studies from American University in Washington D.C., and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Thomas J. Masterson
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Regulatory Affairs

Tom joined the legacy SI Group organization in 2006, prior to the company’s sale to SK Capital Partners in 2018. Initially serving as the company’s first in-house attorney, he has since successfully led the development of the company’s legal department into a global function, joining the company’s executive leadership team in 2015.

In his current role, Tom is responsible for global legal and regulatory affairs. He has spent most of his career as company counsel to multinational corporations in the petrochemicals and natural resources industries. He has extensive international experience, including five years residence in Tokyo, coupled with a working knowledge of the Japanese language.

Prior to joining SI Group, Tom served as counsel to Mitsubishi Corporation in Tokyo, as well as General Electric's former Plastics business. Tom began his legal career in Texas as an associate of the law firm Baker & Botts LLP.

Tom graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School and he is a member of the State Bars of New York and Texas.

Wei Ru
Senior Vice President, Engineering & Process Technology

Ru joined SI Group after the organization was acquired by SK Capital Partners and combined with Addivant in 2018. She has nearly 40 years of chemical engineering industry experience and has held several management and executive roles.

Prior to joining SI Group, Ru served as Senior Vice President, Engineering of Addivant, a leading global supplier of specialty additives and SK Capital portfolio company since 2013. Ru joined Addivant in 2013 as part of the Chemtura acquisition. Prior to Chemtura, Ru worked for Ciba Shanghai, Ciba and BASF U.S. for nearly 20 years, and she also spent 12 years working with the Sinopec Gaoqiao Chemical Engineering Design Institute of China.

Ru was born and raised in Shanghai and moved to the U.S. in 1999. She graduated from the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai School with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and she is fluent in Chinese and English.

Paul Tilley
Senior Vice President, Chemical Intermediates & Industrial Resins

Paul joined the legacy SI Group organization in 1993, prior to the company’s sale to SK Capital Partners in 2018. Joining as a plant engineer in Texas, Paul went on to hold several roles including a four-year assignment in England as the Managing Director of SI Group-UK, Ltd.

Returning to the U.S. in 2003, Paul assumed the role of Vice President of the Chemical Division. In 2008, as Senior Vice President of SI Group, he led the transformation to a market-focused organization and is credited with the development of the company’s first global market strategy.

In 2013, Paul was appointed Senior Vice President, North America and Global Key Accounts. In 2016, Paul was appointed Senior Vice President, Business Excellence and Global Key Accounts overseeing commercial and operational excellence, and as a result of his longstanding customer relationships, all global key accounts. In his current role, Paul leads the Chemical Intermediates & Industrial Resins strategic business unit.

Paul graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

Patrick Weinberg
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Patrick joined SI Group after the organization was acquired by SK Capital Partners and combined with Addivant in 2018. Patrick has nearly three decades of deep financial expertise and a strong background in global specialty chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining SI Group, Patrick is credited with being one of the first employees of Addivant, a leading global supplier of specialty additives, and an SK Capital portfolio company since 2013.

In 2012, Patrick joined SK Capital Partners as an Operating Partner to help acquire the Addivant business from Chemtura. He assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Addivant in 2013. Prior to that, he held several executive positions at Royal DSM in Europe and the U.S. in nutrition, pharma and specialty chemicals.

Patrick earned a Doctoral degree in auditing, a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, and an MBA from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. Patrick was born, raised and educated in the Netherlands, working internationally for almost 30 years, and coming to the U.S. 18 years ago.

Rich White
Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & EHSQ

Rich joined SI Group after the organization was acquired by SK Capital Partners and combined with Addivant in 2018. Prior to joining SI Group, Rich served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Addivant, a leading global supplier of specialty additives, and an SK Capital portfolio company since 2013. Rich has over 30 years of manufacturing expertise in leading Fortune 500 and private equity-owned organizations.

Prior to his experience at Addivant, Rich served as Chief Operations Officer at Avantor Performance Materials and for the solar division of STR Holdings, Inc. He also served as Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Vertellus Specialities, Inc. His career also includes work at E.I. Dupont de Nemours & Co., Honeywell International and Celanese Corporation. Rich has deep experience and business acumen in driving manufacturing excellence on a global scale. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University.
